I have been using Embryolisse Lait- Cream on and off for over 2 years now and I'm always going back to it. It's the perfect super hydrating cream (especially in this time of the year when it's getting colder) which is gentle for my skin and not greasy at all! Really recommend it when you're looking for a cream which is moisturizing and has a friendly price tag ;-)
For my lips I only use the Rosebud Salve. It's the only thing that works for my dry lips!
HOPE you all enjoyed your weekend? I sure did! Played around with my new hairstyle, have to get used to it I must admit.. It's so short!! But change it good, and my hair was really damaged of all the bleaching the past 2,5 years and it feels so nice an healthy now. Vincent from Rob Peetoom Salon on the Elandsgracht did yet again a great job!!
I have something really nice to give away for you soon so keep an eye on the blog this week!
Hope you like this look and what do you think of the new hair cut? Like it?
I have been trying out this beautiful peonie pink Clarisonic Mia for about 2 weeks now and here are my thoughts about it. As a true skin care addict I was dying to try out one of these so called cleansing brushes after reading raving stories on various beauty blogs. So here are my thoughts on this beauty tool and how I use it:
I use the Clarisonic Mia every night, first I remove my eye make up and foundation with a cotton pad and some Bioderma. After that I use the Clarisonic Mia with my favorite face wash at the moment: Origins "Never a dull moment" it's very gentle (and smells lovely) on a damp face. There's a timer on it which prompts while gently moving the brush in small circular motions. The brush automaticly stops when your finished cleansing! After that I rinse it off with warm water and my skin never was more clean and fresh!
After using it for 2 weeks I see a little difference in my skin, my pores are smaller and my skin has a pretty glow! Super happy with this new tool, I can already tell you it's a musthave for me now!
BETTER late then never right? My September beauty favorites! I have a very weak spot everything beauty related, love to play around and experiment with make-up and pamper my skin with delicious skincare products.
So here are my favorites this month:
1. After a summer full of pastel and sorbet colors on the nails I like to wear dark colors again, this Essie one is the perfect black. You only need one coat of this, it's called "licorice" 2. Hands down BEST. MASCARA. EVER. I get the blackest, thickest, longest eye lashes when using this mascara. 3. This pretty pink cream blusher by Chanel is the prettiest pale pink ever. I like to use a cream blush rather then a powder blush because it's very natural on the cheeks and it blends in much nicer. 4. Creamy concealer by Bobbi Brown it's a very radiant concealer especially for the under eye area. 5. Glitter Hema nail polish, pretty "gilver" color (Rachel Zoe's favorite color, a mix of gold and silver) 6. I love to wear a winged line, this YSL eyeliner is the best one I've ever tried and I love the dark grey color. 7. MAC eyeshadows in the colors: "All that glitter" "Petina" "Olive" and "Club" 8. Essie nailpolish in "Smoking Hot" beautiful dark purpel/grey color 9. Topshop Lipstick, love these lipsticks! Great color range and friendly pricetag ;-) 10. My favorite parfume at the moment by Prada
That's it for this month. Do you like these kind of posts? Let me know!
What was your favorite beauty product this month?
YESTERDAY it was time for a new hair makeover at my favorite hairsalon Rob Peetoom. This time I went to their beautiful new salon in The Hague in de Bijenkort. Such a serene and light salon, I got that instant relaxed feeling.
I wanted to do something really different, I loved my light ombre hair but I missed my dark brown hair. And with fall and winter coming up I wanted a warmer and darker hair color. Iris colored and cut my hair and I couldn't been more happier with the result! She treated my hair with the divine products from cult brand Redken, my hair never felt softer!
I will show you the result soon!!
And now the good part of it all, I'm giving away a hairtreatment at their salon in The Hague so you can experience the same treatment I got! How nice is that? The only thing you have to do is:
1. Leave me a comment why you want to win this hair treatment by Rob Peetoom
2. Like Rob Peetoom on Facebook
3. Follow me on Bloglovin and Facebook
That's all! I will announce the winner October 7th! Good luck girls!!
